Whether it's selective, drive-in, push-back, or pallet flow, the layout is engineered to your operation, then replicated across sites where it makes sense.
Permitting & Code Compliance
This is where multi-site projects usually stall. Storage rack requires permits in most jurisdictions, and every building department and fire marshal has their own process, their own thresholds, and their own timeline. We handle engineering, plan submittal, and code compliance, coordinating with the local authorities in each jurisdiction. As a licensed contractor (CSLB #918496), we manage the details so your locations open on schedule instead of waiting on a plan check nobody anticipated.
Freight & Logistics
Shipping rack is its own discipline. Steel is heavy, awkward, and expensive to move badly. We've routed material to job sites in every state in the country, to island and international destinations, and into buildings with no dock and no forklift. We coordinate freight so equipment lands when your schedule needs it — not three weeks early into a building that isn't ready.
Installation
Our own crews install throughout California and the West — Oregon, Washington, Nevada, and Arizona. For projects farther out, we've installed across the country to Tennessee and beyond, coordinating the crew and the schedule so you're not managing it yourself. Either way, you deal with us, not with a subcontractor you've never met.
Relocations & Consolidations
Closing a facility or consolidating two into one? We tear down, transport, and reinstall existing rack, and we buy what you don't need. That turns a disposal cost into a check — and keeps usable steel out of a scrap bin.
New, Used, or Both
Most multi-site operators don't need new rack everywhere. A high-throughput distribution center might justify new structural rack, while a regional branch runs perfectly well on quality used selective rack at a fraction of the cost.
