Free Warehouse Walk-Through
Bring me out. I'll walk your warehouse with you, look at your rack, your layout, and how you're actually using the space — and tell you what we'd do. No charge, no obligation, no sales pitch. If the answer is "you're in good shape, don't spend money," that's what I'll tell you. Call (916) 444-7225 to set one up or fill out the contact form at the bottom of the page. Your inquiry will come directly to me.

What We Look At
Your rack: what's installed, what condition it's in, what it's rated for, and whether that matches what you're storing. Your layout: aisle widths, pick paths, and whether your forklifts and your product are fighting each other. Your cube: how much vertical space you're paying rent on and not using — which, in most warehouses we walk into, is a lot. And your headaches: the thing you've been working around for two years because nobody had time to fix it.
What You Get
A straight conversation and our honest read. If there's an easy win — decking a few bays, adding a level, moving an aisle — we'll say so. If you need more rack, we'll tell you what kind and roughly what it costs. If the real problem is something we don't sell, we'll tell you that too.
Why We Do This for Free
Because we've been doing this a long time and we're good at it, and because most warehouse problems are easier to see from the outside. Some walk-throughs turn into orders. Plenty don't. The ones that don't still put us in a building where somebody now knows who to call — and in this business, that's worth the drive.
Who It's For
You've outgrown your space and you're wondering whether you need a bigger building or just better rack. You've taken over a facility and inherited somebody else's system. Something's been nagging at you about your rack and you'd like a second opinion. You're planning an expansion and want to think it through before you spend. Or your operation just feels harder than it should.
What It Isn't
It isn't a sales call with a clipboard. I'm not going to walk your building and hand you a proposal for a system you don't need. If you want a quote at the end, we'll give you one. If you want us to leave you alone, we'll do that too, and you'll still have our read on your building.
